The Y060 hand-operated pressure pump is a portable pressure pump. It is used to verify the test instruments installed on site in the industrial process and various pressure instruments used in the control room. It can also provide a pressure source for the calibration of the pressure measuring instrument manufacturers. All kinds of pressure transmitters, pressure sensors and various pressure instruments can be calibrated by hand-operated pressure pumps.
Features:
Portable, light in weight, light in pressure. Easy to use. The structure is designed with a pressure fine-tuning handle, and the output pressure can be easily changed by rotating the fine-tuning handle. In addition, a high-pressure hose is connected to the calibrated meter, and the instrument connector is connected to the pressure gauge. Manual operation The pressure pump can be carried to the site and directly connected to the instrument to be calibrated, and the calibration is quick and easy.
Structure and working principle:
The hand-operated pressure pump is composed of a handle, a piston rod, a vent, a pump cover, an oil-draining handle, a fine-tuning handle, a watch joint, etc. Tighten and relax repeatedly, thereby driving the piston rod to reciprocate, and the piston rod reciprocates several times to generate an output pressure of 0-60Mpa.

Precautions for use
Before using the pressure pump, tighten the air body, fill it with appropriate oil (such as 1/2 transformer oil), then tighten the air body, hold it repeatedly, loosen the handle, and drive out the gas in the oil cylinder before use. During the calibration process Pay attention to keep all kinds of joints sealed, and turn the oil drain handle to open the oil release valve before disassembling the instrument after calibration, otherwise the instrument will be easily damaged.
