The sensitive component of YWKM-1001 differential pressure transmitter is a solid-state piezoresistive sensitive chip, filled with silicone oil between the chip and two corrugated diaphragms.
The measured difference is applied to the corrugated membranes at both ends, and the differential pressure is transmitted to the sensitive chip through silicone oil. The sensitive chip is connected to the signal output circuit through a wire. This product uses the Piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material to realize the conversion of differential pressure and electrical signal. The signal output by the Wheatstone bridge on the hesitation sensitive chip has a good linear relationship with the differential pressure, so it can achieve accurate measurement of the measured differential pressure. It is suitable for differential pressure measurement of various gases and hydraulic systems in pipelines such as petroleum, chemical, power, and hydrology.
