Product Description
Description
The five valve group consists of high and low pressure valves, balance valves, and two calibration (discharge) valve groups; The five valve group is suitable for installation in various imported instrument devices and matched with various differential pressure, flow, liquid level and other transmitters. During operation, the two sets of calibration valves and balance valves are closed. If inspection is required, simply cut off the high and low pressure valves, open the balance valve and two calibration valves, and then close the balance valve to calibrate and balance the transmitter.
Standard Features
Bore Size 5 mm " Manifolds are not supplied with plugs unless specified.Needle Seal: PTFE and Graphite Packings are available for all valve types. When Graphite Packing is selected, material of FlangeSeal and Tape for Tapered Pipe Threads is also Graphite (when applicable). Sour Gas Service:Wetted Parts according to a.m.material list are supplied as standard according to NACE MR0175/MR0103 and ls0 15156 (latestissue).Pressure Test: A Shell Test and a Seat Leakage Test are performed at 1.5 times the max. allowable (working) pressure acc. to EN 12266-1-P10,P11 and P12 respectively MSS-SP61 at every Standard Manifold-100% Pressure Tested!

A pressure transmitter converts the pressure of liquid, gas or steam into a standard electrical signal for PLC, DCS, recorder or control instrument input. It is widely used for pipeline pressure, tank level, flow measurement and process safety monitoring.
Confirm the pressure range, pressure type, medium, temperature, output signal, accuracy, installation thread, electrical connection and environmental requirements. For corrosive media, high temperature or sanitary applications, diaphragm material and sealing structure are especially important.
Gauge pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. Absolute pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to vacuum. Differential pressure transmitters measure the pressure difference between two points and are commonly used for flow, filter and level measurement.
Yes. Xinyi Instrument can support customized pressure ranges, process connections, output signals, cable length, display options and model selection for different industrial applications.
