Product Description
Product description
The MH-4 model meets high requirements for high-precision measurements within the temperature range of -40 ° C to+125 ° C [-40...+257 ° F]. The sensor has up to three times the overpressure limit, can withstand hydraulic peaks, and can be optionally equipped with a flow limiter. Thanks to the metal shielding, the MH-4 model operates without interference at field strengths up to 100 V/m. In addition, vibrations up to 40 g and impacts up to 100 g have no effect on the measurement quality.
Developed specifically for the specific requirements of mobile work machinery.
Whether it's dust, humidity, heat, or mechanical stress: The MH-4 pressure sensor is optimized for mobile use, making it particularly safe to operate and therefore consistently reliable. The maintenance free instrument design ensures a particularly low total cost of ownership. MH-4 is designed for over 100 million load cycles, with a long-term drift of less than 0.1% FS.

A pressure transmitter converts the pressure of liquid, gas or steam into a standard electrical signal for PLC, DCS, recorder or control instrument input. It is widely used for pipeline pressure, tank level, flow measurement and process safety monitoring.
Confirm the pressure range, pressure type, medium, temperature, output signal, accuracy, installation thread, electrical connection and environmental requirements. For corrosive media, high temperature or sanitary applications, diaphragm material and sealing structure are especially important.
Gauge pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. Absolute pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to vacuum. Differential pressure transmitters measure the pressure difference between two points and are commonly used for flow, filter and level measurement.
Yes. Xinyi Instrument can support customized pressure ranges, process connections, output signals, cable length, display options and model selection for different industrial applications.
