Application and characteristics of magnetic flap level gauge

Magnetic flap level gauge is a commonly used level gauge product, which can be used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers and boilers, etc. It has the advantages of flexible use, stable performance and high reliability. It is developed based on the buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The *magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red and white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thereby achieving clear indication of the liquid level.


Application:

The magnetic flap level gauge can be used to directly observe the liquid level of various media in containers. It is suitable for liquid level indication in industrial fields such as petroleum and chemical industry. The level gauge has a simple structure, intuitive and clear observation, no blockage, no leakage, easy installation and simple maintenance. The upper and lower mounting flanges of the glass plate level gauge are connected to the container to form a communicating vessel. The actual height of the liquid level in the container can be directly observed through the glass plate. The upper and lower valves are equipped with safety steel balls. When the glass is accidentally damaged, the steel balls will automatically seal under the pressure of the container to prevent the liquid in the container from overflowing and ensure the safety of the operator.
