Product Description

Y060 hand operated pressure pump is a liquid hand operated pressure pump. It is used to calibrate the pressure measuring instruments installed on site in the industrial process and various pressure instruments used in the control room. It can also provide a pressure source for the calibration of pressure measuring instrument manufacturers. All kinds of pressure transmitters, pressure sensors and pressure instruments within 25MPa can be calibrated by manually operated pressure pumps.

Feature:

The hand operated pressure pump is portable, light in weight, light in pressure and convenient in use. The pressure micro adjustment handle is designed structurally, and the output pressure can be conveniently changed by rotating the micro adjustment handle. In addition, a calibrated gauge is attached for the connection of high pressure hose, and a pressure gauge is attached for the connection of instrument connector. The hand operated pressure pump can be carried to the site to directly connect with the calibrated instrument, which is quick and easy to calibrate.


Working Principle:

The hand operated pressure pump (see the structure diagram) is composed of a handle, a piston rod, a breather, a pump cover, an oil drain handle, a fine adjustment handle, a meter connector, etc. Turn the oil drain handle to close the oil drain valve, hold the handle of the pressure pump with your hand, firmly hold and relax it repeatedly, so as to drive the piston rod to move back and forth, and the output pressure of 25MPa can be generated after several reciprocating movements of the piston rod.
