The project is intended to support the company's smart water meter capacity expansion and digital factory development, further developing its manufacturing operations for intelligent instruments and meters.
The contract represents a step toward establishing the physical facilities needed for the planned factory. Its immediate significance lies in construction execution: signing the agreement does not establish that production capacity is already available. Any contribution to manufacturing output will depend on subsequent construction, equipment installation and commissioning.
