Overview


Piston pressure gauge is a standard pressure measuring instrument with high accuracy, high reproducibility and high reliability based on Pascal's law and the principle of hydrostatic balance. Piston pressure gauges are also often referred to as piston pressure gauges or pressure gauges, and are also called pressure balances. They are mainly used in measurement rooms, laboratories, and production or scientific experiments as pressure reference devices. Piston pressure gauges are also directly used in Monitoring of other local instruments in the high-reliability monitoring link.


Performance characteristics

☆ The piston and piston cylinder are made of tungsten carbide material with high strength, high hardness and low temperature linear expansion coefficient. Very high sensitivity.


☆ The piston and the piston cylinder are finely ground, and the roundness error and clearance are extremely small. The working medium adopts mixed oil, which greatly increases the duration of the piston rotation, correspondingly reduces the piston descending speed, and improves the piston discrimination.


☆ For the needs of verification work, the effective area of the piston is relatively small, so the total weight of the weight is relatively light, saving labor intensity.


☆ The use of pallets for direct loading avoids additional vertical force, lowers the center of gravity of the weight, and correspondingly reduces the additional lateral error of the weight, so that the piston rotates more smoothly.


☆ The weight has been corrected for the pressure deformation coefficient and the local acceleration of gravity.


☆ When submitting for inspection, only the piston measuring system is required for inspection, which is small in size and light in weight.
