Product Description
Product Description
The EJX210A flange mounted differential pressure transmitter adopts single crystal silicon resonant sensor technology, which is suitable for measuring the liquid level and density of liquids that are prone to crystallization or precipitation. EJX210A converts the measured differential pressure into a 4-20mA DC current signal output, which can measure, display, or remotely monitor static pressure. It has functions such as fast response, remote setting, and self diagnosis.
Key Features
High-precision Measurement: Differential Pressure Accuracy ±0.075% URL, Static Pressure Accuracy ±0.2%.
Long-term Stability: ±0.1% URL per year, reducing calibration frequency and lowering maintenance costs.
Fast Response: Response time of 120 ms, suitable for dynamic liquid level and pressure monitoring.
Functional Safety Certification: Certified by Exida & TÜV SIL 2/3 and compliant with IEC 61508.
Multi-communication Support: Standard with HART 5/7, optional BRAIN, FF and PROFIBUS PA, compatible with mainstream DCS/PLC systems.
Intelligent Diagnosis: Multi-sensing technology can detect faults such as impulse line blockage and abnormal heat tracing to provide early warning.
Local Operation: Equipped with backlit LCD, supports Local Parameter Setting (LPS), and configuration can be realized without a handheld communicator.
Flange Isolation: Direct flange mounting design with isolating diaphragm to prevent clogging, suitable for viscous/crystallizing media.
Working Principle
EJX210A adopts a monocrystalline silicon resonant sensor, which can simultaneously measure differential pressure, static pressure, and temperature. It dynamically compensates for temperature drift andstatic
pressure effects through digital signal processing, directly outputting high-precision digital signals without analog-to-digital conversion errors, ensuring stable and reliable performance under all operating conditions.

A pressure transmitter converts the pressure of liquid, gas or steam into a standard electrical signal for PLC, DCS, recorder or control instrument input. It is widely used for pipeline pressure, tank level, flow measurement and process safety monitoring.
Confirm the pressure range, pressure type, medium, temperature, output signal, accuracy, installation thread, electrical connection and environmental requirements. For corrosive media, high temperature or sanitary applications, diaphragm material and sealing structure are especially important.
Gauge pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. Absolute pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to vacuum. Differential pressure transmitters measure the pressure difference between two points and are commonly used for flow, filter and level measurement.
Yes. Xinyi Instrument can support customized pressure ranges, process connections, output signals, cable length, display options and model selection for different industrial applications.
