Product description
PEU-2x type and NETRIS ® The combination of Type 3 wireless devices can be used anywhere that requires network-based remote monitoring of process pressure for liquids and gases. Typical applications include moving parts in factories or remote location measurement. With NETRIS ® The connection of 3 allows for cloud based process and factory monitoring in industrial applications.
Through modification, mechanical or moving parts can be intelligently configured without the need to plan and record cable routing. Especially when continuous measurement is not required, cost advantages can be achieved.
Pressure transmitters can perform simple status monitoring. In addition to the pressure value, the temperature indication inside the box can also detect possible faults due to wear or system failures in the early stage, thereby reducing the risk of shutdown and damage.
Special features
IIoT enabled measuring instruments and NETRIS ® Combination of Type 3 radio units.
Intrinsically safe Ex i compliant with ATEX and IECEx.
The measurement range is from 0... 1 to 0. 1600 bar [0... 15 to 0... 20000 pounds per square inch] and vacuum and+/- measurement range.
Applications
Combining WIKA NETRIS ® Type 3 wireless device for remote monitoring of process pressure in non critical applications.
Industrial pressure measurement for gases and liquids.
Process industry: Oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical industries, water and wastewater, power generation.
Pharmaceutical and hygienic industry, food industry.

A pressure transmitter converts the pressure of liquid, gas or steam into a standard electrical signal for PLC, DCS, recorder or control instrument input. It is widely used for pipeline pressure, tank level, flow measurement and process safety monitoring.
Confirm the pressure range, pressure type, medium, temperature, output signal, accuracy, installation thread, electrical connection and environmental requirements. For corrosive media, high temperature or sanitary applications, diaphragm material and sealing structure are especially important.
Gauge pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. Absolute pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to vacuum. Differential pressure transmitters measure the pressure difference between two points and are commonly used for flow, filter and level measurement.
Yes. Xinyi Instrument can support customized pressure ranges, process connections, output signals, cable length, display options and model selection for different industrial applications.
