DSS22P is an integrated diaphragm sealed pressure gauge designed by WIKA specifically for high hygiene scenarios such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages. Its core advantages include chuck connection, CIP/SIP compatibility, and full hygiene grade materials.
The diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure measuring instruments from corrosive, viscous, crystalline, corrosive, high viscosity, environmentally harmful or toxic media. A diaphragm made of stainless steel is used for separating from the medium. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system filling fluid inside the diaphragm sealing system.
DSS22P meets all the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The special applicability of drugs depends on the fact that the measuring points can be cleaned during installation.

Fully hygienic design: The liquid receiving parts are made of 316L stainless steel, with no threaded dead corners, a fully welded structure, and comply with EHEDG and 3-A standards.
CIP/SIP compatibility: Can be cleaned/sterilized online, resistant to high temperatures (150 ℃), does not require disassembly WIKA.
Quick disassembly of chuck: 1 minute disassembly and assembly, convenient for membrane replacement and cleaning, reducing maintenance costs.
Media isolation: Diaphragm protection for core, compatible with corrosive, viscous, and crystalline media, extending lifespan.
On site adjustable zero: external zero adjustment design, no disassembly calibration, suitable for clean area operation.
