Product Description

DSS10M  is a threaded diaphragm sealed pressure gauge developed by WIKA for the chemical, petrochemical, and general process  industries. It is used to isolate highly corrosive, high-temperature, high viscosity, or toxic media and protect the  pressure gauge core.

The diaphragm sealing system is used to protect pressure measuring instruments from corrosive, viscous, crystalline,  corrosive, high viscosity, environmentally harmful or toxic media. A diaphragm made of stainless steel is used for  separating from the medium. The pressure is transmitted to the measuring instrument through the system filling fluid  inside the diaphragm sealing system.According to the standard, the diaphragm seal is installed directly onto the  measuring instrument. DSS10M is particularly suitable for aggressive or high-temperature media. This instrument is  mainly suitable for applications in the process industry.

  1. Strong medium isolation: Fully welded 316L diaphragm isolates corrosive, viscous and crystallizing media to      prevent internal core contamination.

  2. High temperature resistance: Direct measurement of media up to 150℃ without condenser tubes for easier      installation.

  3. Replaceable design: The lower body (diaphragm part) can be disassembled and replaced separately without scrapping      the entire gauge, leading to low maintenance costs.

  4. General industrial thread: 1/2" NPT/G1/2 standard interface, which can be directly screwed onto pipelines without      drilling holes on panels.

  5. High Precision + IP65: Class 1.0 precision with IP65 protection rating, suitable for outdoor and harsh      environments.
