Product description
The compact 131.11 Bourdon tube pressure gauge consists of a stainless steel housing and wet components.
Modular design enables multiple combinations of process connections, nominal sizes, and scale ranges. Due to its high variance, this instrument is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
This instrument is often used as a fault alarm indicator on gas cylinders. With its compact design and moderate purchase cost, pressure gauges are also suitable for machine manufacturing and factory construction applications.
Key Features
Compact & durable: Small footprint for tight spaces; all-stainless steel build resists corrosion.
Cost-effective: High reliability with moderate investment, ideal for mass deployment.
Versatile mounting: Radial/axial connections and panel-mount options (flange, bracket).
Wide compatibility: Suitable for corrosive gases/liquids (low viscosity, non-crystallizing).
Industrial proven: Commonly used as gas cylinder failure indicators and in CDA systems.
Product features
Case and wetted parts from stainless steel.
Version per EN 837-1 or ASME B40.100.
Cost-effective and reliable.
Scale ranges from 0 ... 1 to 0 … 1,000 bar [0 ... 15 to 0 ... 15,000 psi].
Applications
For gaseous and liquid aggressive media that are not highly viscous or crystallising, also in aggressive environments.
Machine building and general plant construction.
Indication of failure alarm on gas cylinders.
CDA (Clean Dry Air) applications.

A pressure transmitter converts the pressure of liquid, gas or steam into a standard electrical signal for PLC, DCS, recorder or control instrument input. It is widely used for pipeline pressure, tank level, flow measurement and process safety monitoring.
Confirm the pressure range, pressure type, medium, temperature, output signal, accuracy, installation thread, electrical connection and environmental requirements. For corrosive media, high temperature or sanitary applications, diaphragm material and sealing structure are especially important.
Gauge pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to atmospheric pressure. Absolute pressure transmitters measure pressure relative to vacuum. Differential pressure transmitters measure the pressure difference between two points and are commonly used for flow, filter and level measurement.
Yes. Xinyi Instrument can support customized pressure ranges, process connections, output signals, cable length, display options and model selection for different industrial applications.
