The solicap  FTI55  fully insulated or semi insulated rod probe can be used for limit detection of small and rough solid particles. With  its automatic adhesion compensation function, this probe can provide the highest measurement reliability, obtain  various relevant certifications and licenses, and has a wide range of applications. The structure is sturdy, with a  lateral tensile load of up to 300Nm and high measurement accuracy

This integrated transmitter is suitable for limit detection of small and coarse solid particles and can operate in  bottom or high limit safety fault modes. Due to its sturdy structure, it can perform high-precision measurements under  extremely high lateral tensile loads (the maximum load of the rod sensor is 300Nm). Used together with Fieldgate  (remote control of measured values via Internet technology), Solidap M is an ideal solution for raw material supply  and logistics optimization (inventory control).


Working Principle

FTI55 works based on the principle of capacitance measurement, and determines whether the material level has reached  the preset point by detecting the change in capacitance value between the probe and the measured medium. This  instrument adopts an integrated transmitter design, with a sturdy structure that can achieve high reliability testing  in harsh industrial environments.
