The wireless pressure transmitter is a low-power battery-powered (optionally powered by an external power supply) wireless digital output pressure sensor, which can be equipped with GPRS, LORa, NB-iot and other wireless communication protocols. The wireless pressure sensor can display pressure in real time and upload data, and has the characteristics of high accuracy, ease of use and good stability. The wireless pressure sensor has a built-in MCU and a low-power design, which can realize the wireless transmission function of uploading the pipeline pressure on site to the cloud. It is suitable for fire pipelines, fire terminals, fire pump rooms, smart cities, petrochemicals and remote areas in smart fire protection, which require unattended and remote monitoring.
Working Principle of Wireless Pressure Transmitter
The sensing element of the wireless pressure sensor is a diffused silicon force sensitive device, and the wireless communication uses a GPRS module and a NB-IOT module. The sensitive chip uses integrated circuit technology to make sensitive piezoresistors on a crystalline silicon wafer to form a Wheatstone bridge as a sensitive element for force-to-electricity conversion. When subjected to external force, the bridge loses balance. When a constant current excitation power supply is added to the bridge, the pressure signal can be linearly converted into a millivolt voltage signal, which is then amplified and converted into a digital signal, and then sent to the wireless data receiving end by the wireless module of the wireless pressure sensor.
