The flameproof digital pressure gauge is composed of a flameproof housing, a measuring system, an electrical contact group, an adjustment device and an outlet box.


The flameproof storage digital pressure gauge adopts a dual explosion-proof design of intrinsic safety and flameproof. It is a comprehensive pressure gauge with on-site display, data storage and communication functions. It displays and stores the instrument pressure value, time, etc. on site. The built-in memory can store more than 10,000 data; USB communication and supporting software can be combined to perform simple data collection, analysis, reports, and curve charts. It is a must-have for experimental data storage and collection.


The flameproof housing of the flameproof pressure gauge has good flameproof performance. Therefore, the flameproof pressure gauge can withstand the explosion pressure generated by the explosive gas mixture inside the shell once an explosion occurs due to sparks or arcs during normal operation. It can effectively prevent the heat energy generated from spreading outward smoothly, and can only slowly spread outward along the tiny gap of the flameproof joint surface inside the shell. At this time, the instantaneous temperature transmitted to the outside of the shell has dropped below the ignition temperature of the explosive gas mixture, so it will not cause explosion.


The working principle of the explosion-proof pressure gauge is based on the elastic deformation of the detection element (the spring tube in the measuring system). Through mechanical transmission, it drives the contacts in the electrical contact group to produce corresponding actions (close or open) to connect or disconnect the circuit in the pressure control system, thereby achieving the purpose of automatic control alarm and on-site indication.
